2. GENERAL PROVISIONS
By placing an order on the webshop of Brewery De Leite, the customer agrees to these general terms and conditions.

• The most recent version of these terms is always available on the website.

• In the event of a legal dispute, all other provisions remain fully in effect.

• Sales through this webshop are exclusively intended for private customers.

3. ORDERS & DELIVERY

• Age restriction: The purchase of alcoholic products is only permitted for customers of legal age.

• Delivery area: Shipments are currently only possible within Belgium. For other regions, a special arrangement can be made via info@deleite.be.

• Delivery: We aim for fast delivery, depending on availability and logistics.

• Large orders: Orders of more than 10 boxes are only possible upon prior consultation.

4. PRICES & PAYMENT

• Shipping costs are calculated separately and clearly stated during the checkout process. Rates depend on the destination and the weight of the order.

• All prices are in EUR, including 21% VAT, unless stated otherwise.

• Any additional costs such as import duties and excise taxes outside Belgium are the responsibility of the buyer.

• Payment is made in advance using the available payment methods. Orders are only processed after payment has been received.

• Prices may change, but the price at the time of purchase remains valid.

5. RETURNS & RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

• Private customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days.

• Products must be returned unopened and in their original condition.

• Products with a broken seal (such as opened bottles) cannot be returned.

• Return costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• Refunds are processed within 14 days after receipt and inspection of the return.

Note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to business customers.

7. FORCE MAJEURE
If delivery is not possible due to force majeure (such as natural disasters, strikes, or pandemics), De Leite will make every effort to offer a solution, but cannot provide any guarantees.

8. LEGAL DISPUTES

• These terms are governed by Belgian and European law.

• In the event of a legal dispute, the competent court is that of Bruges, Belgium.
