
Aperitif with cuvée Mam'Zelle
Prepared with:CUVÉE MAM’ZELLE
Ingredients:
- 20 ml white rum
- 10 ml lime juice
- 5 ml Mandarine Napoleon
- 5 ml Apricot Brandy
- 5 ml elderflower (Roomer)
- 1 tbsp sugar syrup
- 1 Dash of Angostura bitters (or a bitter orange drink such as Campari)
- 30 ml Cuvée Mam’Zelle
Preparation:
Shake the rum with the lime juice. Add the Mandarine Napoleon, the Apricot Brandy, the Romer and the sugar syrup together with ice to a shaker and pour into a chilled glass. Add a dash of Angostura bitter and top up with the beer.credit: foodpairing.com
